Once the candidate has been selected and due to the particularity of each customer (procedures, regulations, software…), P&PD is sometimes required to train the candidate to enable them to adapt more quickly to the customer’s needs.
WORKING FOR CONTINGENCY FEES, at no cost, allows our customers to observe and validate the quality of our selection processes and our candidates.
We do not require our customers to sign an exclusivity contract.
We send, at the request of our customers, a simple template that facilitates the MOST SUCCESSFUL SEARCH of the possible candidates.
