At PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L. we care about the personal data we process and about full compliance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data (amongst others, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December approving the Regulations on the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD)).
Pursuant to the above, through this privacy policy we herewith inform our web site user of the data processing conducted by us at PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L., to ensure that they have the necessary information in order to decide if they wish to provide us with information of a personal nature when completing a form or sending us an email.

Quality principle
Users of the web site www.ppdingenieros.es are informed that the information of a personal nature which they may provide using the existing forms or the email address enabled for contacting us are suitable, relevant and not excessive in relation to the area and the established, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they are obtained.
These personal data shall not be used for purposes incompatible with those for which the data have been compiled.
The personal data we collate shall be accurate and updated in such a way as to respond truthfully as to the current situation of the affected individual.
We shall proceed ex officio with the cancellation of the personal data we collate through our web site when they have ceased to be necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collated or registered.
Cancellation refers to the procedure by virtue of which we shall cease to use the data. Cancellation shall imply the blocking of data which consists in the identification and saving thereof in order to prevent their processing, unless to make them available for Public Authorities, Judges and Courts, in order to assume possible responsibilities as the result of the processing and solely during the limitation period of these responsibilities. Once this period has elapsed we shall proceed to suppress the data.

Duty to inform and obtain consent

Users of the web site www.ppdingenieros.es are informed that the information of a personal nature, which are compiled using the forms or the email address enabled for contacting us, are added to our files previously notified to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for which PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L. is responsible, whilst the user authorises their use as corresponds (depending on the form used), amongst other purposes, for the following:
a) In order to manage the participation of the interested parties in future personnel selection processes carried out by both the company and its client companies and other companies in the Group (in addition to Product & Process Development, S.L., it is currently comprised of Grupo Innovador Ause, S.L., Análisis y Simulación, S.L.U. and Cadesk Simulation, S.L.) in order for them to use it for the same purpose.
b) For the correct management of and response to queries, suggestions, information requests and/or other services required by users through our web site.
c) In order to send information by email of a commercial nature about our company, products, services, latest developments, articles, news, offers or promotions, as well as other information with commercial content which could be of interest to the user.
All the personal data we request, even if they are not marked with an asterisk, are obligatory, in such a way that if the user does not complete all the fields we shall not be able to process their request.
Each printed form for the compilation of personal data features the corresponding disclaimer or informative clause where the specific purpose or purposes are indicated for which the collated data will be used, and other aspects required by the regulations in force with regard to personal data protection. The user will have to read and accept this informative clause prior to sending the request.

Security
Pursuant to the provisions of article 9 of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and Title VIII of the Regulation on the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (RLOPD), PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L. has adopted the necessary security measures of a technical and organisational nature to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access in view of the state of technology, the nature of the data store and the risk to which they are exposed, whether from actions by persons, the physical environment or nature.

Duty of secrecy

Pursuant to the provisions of article 10 of the LOPD, all those persons who process or have access to users’ personal data shall keep professional secrecy in this regard and have the duty to keep them, whilst these are obligations which shall have an indefinite duration.
Transfer or disclosure of data
Under no circumstances shall the personal data provided to us by users of our web site be disclosed to third parties without their consent. If, at some point, it were necessary to make such a transfer of data, the users would be asked for their consent beforehand, unless this were not necessary as part of the provisions of a law or in accordance with the exceptions provided for in article 11.2 of the LOPD itself.
Accordingly, the personal data of the candidates who provide us with their curriculum vitae could be transferred both to our client companies and other companies in the Group (in addition to Product & Process Development, S.L., it is currently comprised of Grupo Innovador Ause, S.L., Análisis y Simulación, S.L.U. and Cadesk Simulation, S.L.) in order for them to be able to manage the candidate’s participation in the personnel selection processes carried out.
To this end, the consent of the interested party is requested having enabled some check boxes for this purpose in order for them to object to such data transfers.

Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
The users of the web site www.ppdingenieros.es can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a request enclosing a photocopy of their National Identity Document (DNI) to the following address:

PRODUCT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT, S.L. shall respond to all the requests according to the periods and conditions required by the regulations in force with regard to the protection of personal data.

Use of the web site by minors
We would request users to read the web site use policies for minors which we have published in the “Disclaimer” on our web site.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive or on the computer’s memory which accesses or visits specific web sites in such away that the user’s preferences are known when reconnecting. The cookies stored on the user’s hard drive cannot read the data contained on it, access personal information or read the cookies created by other suppliers.
